Born in Hakodate, Hokkaido.
Lives and works in Tokyo.
After graduating from the Bantan Design Institute, he studied at MJ Illustrations.
The 11th TIS Open Call Exhibition Silver Award and the 12th Bronze Award.
In 2013, Genkosha "The Choice" was selected (winning the Grand Prize Exhibition in the same year).
He is active in the fields of book drawings, illustrations, picture books, advertisements, etc.
Recent work includes painting "Winter" (written by Ali Smith / Shinchosha), and the packaging of the Western confectionery brand "Neko Chef" (Schley Co., Ltd.).
